Emergency power cuts are being reintroduced in Ukraine: which regions are affected by the restrictions
On February 4, emergency power cut schedules were reinstated in several regions of Ukraine, starting with the Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
This information has been reported by DTEK and local energy companies.
Today marks the second day that these power restrictions are in effect.
Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk Regions
DTEK announced at around 07:56 that, following a directive from Ukrenergo, emergency power cuts have been implemented again in the Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions as of February 4.
Sumy Region
The Sumy Oblenergo company reported that emergency power cut schedules have also been introduced in the Sumy region. According to Ukrenergo's instructions, as of 07:38 AM, the first phase of cuts is in effect in Sumy.

Kirovohrad Region
Kirovohradoblenergo also noted that as of 07:42, in accordance with Ukrenergo's directives regarding the operation of the Unified Energy System of Ukraine, an emergency power cut schedule has been activated in the region.
