In the Mykolaiv region, the number of sabotage acts surged in 2024, with 17 documented cases compared to just one in 2023.

At the same time, there has been an overall decrease in criminal offenses against the foundations of Ukraine's national security, specifically: treason (from 30 to 18) and collaboration activities (from 81 to 3).
