In Mykolaiv, complaints have arisen about a new observation deck built where the "mad cabbage" used to be (photo included).

The new observation deck installed at the Upper BAM in Mykolaiv, replacing the "crazy cabbage," is unsafe for residents.

This opinion was expressed by local resident Vyacheslav Shevchenko in the Contact Center group of the Mykolaiv City Council.

“I urgently request that the observation deck on the boulevard section of the Upper Embankment be made safe. Specifically, please remove the remnants of rebar and metal structures from the 'cabbage' to ensure the safety of pedestrians at this site,” - the message states.

It should also be noted that many people strolling along the Fleet Boulevard are also using the new sports ground that has been installed right next to the observation deck.

Additionally, a pathway has been laid with paving stones to the controversial bar that was recently opened in the protected area. Other pathways remain unrepaired and damaged.
