The head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitaliy Kim, announced that on Thursday, November 28, half of the consumers will have electricity restored. Subsequently, a power outage schedule will be implemented – two hours of electricity followed by two hours without.

He shared this information in a video posted on his Telegram social media page on Monday, November 28.

- We are increasing our own capacity – through cogeneration. These are the capacities we had planned for similar situations. By evening, we will try to restore power to half, and we will also load the other half to ensure there is light. We will resolve this. In the near future, we will live by the schedule of 2 hours of light, 2 hours without. This is currently the optimal option. We are exploring solutions. We must cope, - said the head of the region.
