On Monday, November 18, Russians carried out a missile attack targeting the residential sector in Odesa.
According to Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, there are casualties.
“Russian terrorists conducted a missile attack on Odesa. There are casualties and injuries. Civil infrastructure has been damaged, including residential buildings,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
As reported by MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, there are already 8 confirmed dead and a significant number of injured. Additionally, he mentioned that another missile did not explode and is located in the building of an educational institution.
