On the evening of December 5, the Russian army struck the private sector in one of the districts of the Voznesensk community, resulting in extensive destruction of private homes.

This information was reported by the city authorities of Voznesensk.

A 74-year-old resident of the city, Valeriy Ivanovych Moiseenko, was killed at the scene while he was inside his home during the missile strike.

Valeriy Ivanovych sustained injuries that were incompatible with life, marking him as the second civilian casualty of the Russian missile attack on the Voznesensk community.

“We express our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased! May his soul find peace, and may his memory forever remain in our hearts,” they wrote.

As of 21:00, it was reported that approximately 30 private houses were damaged as a result of the missile attack.

December 6 has been declared a day of mourning.
