In Nikolaev, city council deputies have been presented for the second time with an offer to purchase a building that stands as one of the city's most significant symbols – the first tram substation.

This was reported by city council deputy Svitlana Babaryka.

“After the public attention, the bank has once again offered Nikolaev the chance to buy the Tram Substation on Sobornaya without an auction and at a minimum price. The owner of the historic building on Sobornaya, Raiffeisen Bank, is willing to halt the auction for the sale of the property if the city council agrees to purchase it at the minimum cost,” – she wrote.
