Military accounting inspectors will be introduced in Ukrainian enterprises

The National Qualifications Agency has registered the professional standard "Military Accounting Inspector".

Colonel Alexey Dudka, the chief specialist of the Central Military Education and Science Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported this, as stated by Army.

Dudka emphasized that, according to current legislation, every enterprise in Ukraine must maintain military accounting. Currently, there are over a million enterprises in Ukraine, and there are no specialists who clearly understand what to do in this position. The established standard will serve as a guiding document, outlining the responsibilities of individuals in such roles across all enterprises in Ukraine where military accounting is conducted.

According to him, the professional standard "Military Accounting Inspector," registered on December 19, is a document of national significance:

“Now any company planning to hire a military accounting inspector will know what kind of person they need to hire to ensure their military accounting is in order and to avoid fines. Because the government is taking this issue quite seriously,” – Dudka stated.

He noted that the military accounting system did not receive as much attention before the large-scale invasion as it does now.

“Now, with mobilization and personnel issues on the agenda, the government has started to seriously consider this matter, while there are no real specialists on this issue. The mentioned standard organizes these questions for both employers hiring these specialists and for ordinary citizens who are military conscripts working in all enterprises in our country,” - Dudka replied.

The colonel explained that the specialist occupying this position will be able to inform how to comply with Ukrainian laws concerning their military duties. Additionally, they will guide how to avoid fines from the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCSP). This standard serves as a guide for all individuals who currently lack sufficient knowledge to resolve mobilization issues in our state:

“The first thing enterprises should do after familiarizing themselves with this standard is to send their specialist for training. Currently, about twenty educational institutions offer advanced training courses that teach this discipline to some extent. After completing such courses, the specialist will meet the standard,” - Dudka emphasized.

He believes that following this, the quality of mobilization efforts will significantly improve, starting from small enterprises to the scale of the state.
