On the morning of Friday, November 29, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, announced that energy workers had found a break in the electrical networks and that power would be restored shortly.
He shared this information on his Telegram social media page.
“Energy workers discovered a break in the network. They promise to repair it by 11 and start restoring power again. Thank you all for your patience,” the message stated.
