Which medications will decrease in price by 30%: list

The Ministry of Health has reported which Ukrainian medicines will see a 30% price reduction starting from March 1. The agency noted that pharmaceutical manufacturers have agreed to lower retail prices on 100 of the most popular medications.

"Among the 100 most popular medications, which are the ones that Ukrainians purchase most frequently according to analytical data, there are 20 items produced by the pharmaceutical company Darnitsa, 17 items from Farmak, 22 items from the Kyiv Vitamin Factory, 5 items from Kusum Pharm, 6 items from Yuria-Pharm, 8 items from the Arterium Corporation, 2 items from the Viola Pharmaceutical Factory, 3 items from the Borshchahivka Chemical-Pharmaceutical Plant, and 10 items from InterChem," the statement reads.

The list includes medications used for coughs and colds, antihistamines, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic drugs, vitamins and minerals, medications for blood pressure, anti-ulcer agents, sedatives, eye drops, nasal sprays, and more.
