The head of the Communications Department of the Armed Forces Ground Command, Vitaliy Sarantsev, announced that regulations for military personnel regarding their interaction with conscripted citizens are being developed.

He mentioned this in an interview with Hromadske.

The official emphasized that the rules, which are expected to be created by February, will be mandatory for everyone. Sarantsev pointed out that these regulations will be communicated to all military personnel in the TCC to prevent violations of human rights and to avoid public discontent in the future.

“Unfortunately, yes, negative incidents do occur at times involving the TCC. However, these do not go unnoticed and are subject to consequences. Investigations are conducted, and appropriate conclusions are drawn. But what does the enemy do? They simply amplify these issues and escalate the situation,” – Sarantsev stated.

He also added that the terms “bucification” and “human hunters” should disappear from the everyday vocabulary of Ukrainians, as they are elements of Russian information-psychological operations.

“No matter how it sounds now, the term ‘Russian information-psychological operations’ is already becoming a meme. However, this is very easily absorbed into our discourse,” - Sarantsev added.

Previously, the committees of the Verkhovna Rada on national security and law enforcement held a joint meeting during which they discussed the unlawful actions of TCC officials, including the use of violence, hindering the activities of lawyers, and establishing checkpoints without proper documentation.
