"As of 8 AM, 70% of Mykolaiv, including the regional center, is without power. Energy workers are operating around the clock to restore electricity as quickly as possible.

In areas where power has been restored, hourly shutdown schedules are in effect.

We ask for your understanding and patience regarding the situation. We are doing everything in our power to bring back the light as soon as possible," the message states.
