Residents of Mykolaiv are penalized for the absence of house number plates
During the week from December 23 to December 27, 2024, specialists from the sanitary inspection department of the Kirovohrad district administration in Mykolaiv conducted raids to check the sanitary condition of the streets in the private sector.
“As a result of the raids, a number of violations of the city improvement rules were identified (storage of plant waste, construction materials and debris, lack of house number signs, unsatisfactory maintenance of adjacent areas),” the district administration reports.
Nine administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators under Article 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, which have been forwarded to the administrative commission for further determination of the type of administrative penalty.
Additionally, five warnings were issued to homeowners, and explanatory work was carried out regarding the mandatory presence of a contract for waste disposal and the maintenance of adjacent areas in a satisfactory sanitary condition.
