Explosion at a cafe in Mykolaiv: the number of casualties and injuries has increased.

On Friday, February 14, around 2:00 PM, an explosion from an unknown object occurred on Pogranichnaya Street near a dining establishment, resulting in the deaths of two individuals.

This information was reported by the police of the Mykolaiv region.

According to preliminary reports, eight more people sustained injuries.

Currently, investigators from the regional police's investigative department, forensic experts, explosive technicians, SBU officers, rescuers, and medical personnel are working at the scene.

As previously reported, the explosive device was apparently located on the street near the entrance door or in one of the cars parked near the cafe.
