During the daytime on February 14, an explosion occurred at the cafeteria "V Smaku," located on Pogranichnaya Street.

This was reported by a correspondent from "Novosti-N."

It is already clear that this was not an enemy drone or missile strike—evidence suggests that the explosive device was situated on the street near the entrance door or in one of the parked cars close to the café.

Currently, there is one confirmed fatality, and at least two individuals have sustained injuries.

Emergency rescue operations are underway at the explosion site. The area has been cordoned off, and emergency services, police, and bomb disposal experts are on the scene.
