A Russian soldier raped a 13-year-old girl in the Mykolaiv region: he has been notified of the suspicion
The National Police has formally announced a suspicion against a member of the Russian Armed Forces, Akhmedgaji Magomedaliyev, for violating the laws and customs of war after raping a 13-year-old girl in the Mykolaiv region.
This information was published on the page of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
The case materials indicate that after the onset of the full-scale invasion by the Russian army, the suspect was part of the special forces unit "Akhmat." Following the occupation of parts of the Mykolaiv region, their unit was stationed in the city of Snihurivka in the Bashtanka district. It is noted that in early November 2022, during the day, the suspect drove near Snihurivka Lyceum No. 3, where two underage girls (aged 13 and 15) were present in the schoolyard. Stopping his vehicle, the man rolled down the window and, threatening the girls with a weapon, ordered them to get into the car. He then took them to a house where their unit was based.
Furthermore, the case materials state that the accused forced the 13-year-old girl to consume alcohol against her will, and then, taking advantage of her condition, raped the minor.
As a result, the accused is suspected of committing a criminal offense under part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely in the cruel treatment of the civilian population.
