In Voznesensk, teenagers assaulted a disabled man (video 18+)

In Voznesensk, a 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy attacked a man, while a 13-year-old teenager filmed the incident.

This information was reported by the communications department of the Nikolaev region police.

It is noted that law enforcement learned about the incident from a video posted on social media.

The police identified the victim as a 50-year-old resident of the Voznesensk district. They also determined that three minors were involved in the conflict: the 14-year-old girl and the 12-year-old boy inflicted bodily harm on the man, while the 13-year-old boy recorded the event on his phone.

Based on this incident, investigators from the Voznesensk district police department initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 122 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which pertains to "Intentional moderate bodily harm," punishable by corrective labor for up to two years or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for up to three years.

Currently, the police are establishing all the circumstances and motives behind the actions. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

The local Telegram channel Denisyuk writes indicates that the teenagers not only assaulted the disabled man but also stole his pension. This channel also posted the video of the incident.
