Trees were cut down in the center of Mykolaiv, sparking a search for those responsible (photos included).

The municipal enterprise "Nikolaev Parks" reports on the ruthless trimming of trees right in the center of Nikolaev. Regional council deputy Alla Ryazhskikh countered that this is due to the actions of the enterprise itself.

This information was shared on the municipal enterprise's Facebook page.

On their page, "Nikolaev Parks" called upon the city residents, highlighting the outrageous situation – trees were mercilessly trimmed on Vadim Blagovestny Street.

“Dear residents of Nikolaev!
We want to draw your attention to the shocking situation that occurred on February 25, 2025. On Vadim Blagovestny Street (intersection with Terrasna Street), as well as on Shevchenko Street, unknown individuals ruthlessly trimmed trees, and some were cut down to the stump…”

Unfortunately, the environmental services that are supposed to respond to such incidents have done nothing! And this is not an exaggeration. Meanwhile, when the municipal enterprise "Nikolaev Parks" is working, they are always the first to come under fire from criticism and inspections,” the publication states.

At the same time, Nikolaev Regional Council deputy Alla Ryazhskikh commented on this publication, noting that the trimming was carried out by "Nikolaevoblenergo," and the management of the enterprise agreed with "Nikolaev Parks" on all tree trimming schedules. She stated that due to violations by "Nikolaev Parks" staff regarding the trimming schedules, "Nikolaevoblenergo" employees were forced to conduct the trimming themselves.

“The saddest part is that the municipal enterprise 'MP' approves all the trimming schedules of 'Nikolaevoblenergo' with its stamp. Therefore, let’s avoid manipulation. If there is a schedule and it has been agreed upon, carry out the sanitary trimming 2 days earlier than when the energy supply organization arrives,” the publication concludes.
