On January 6, Orthodox Christians will celebrate Epiphany. In designated bathing areas, as determined by local authorities in the communities and cities of Mykolaiv region, employees of the State Emergency Service will be on standby in case of emergencies.

“If you plan to immerse yourself in cold water, think in advance if you are ready for this ritual and follow the recommendations below, keeping safety in mind,” the statement said.
