At the hospital on Mostytska Street in the Podil district of Kyiv, men in military uniforms seized a young man.

The video was circulated by local social media groups.

"With the help of the hospital staff, the young man managed to break free and run outside. There, he was caught again, but the hospital workers helped him escape once more," -  the message states.  

"My child serves, but I am still against such disgraceful behavior," – one of the women standing nearby expressed her outrage.

The Kyiv City TCC assures that the individuals in military uniforms in the video have no connection to the territorial center for recruitment and social support.

"TCC and SP servicemen wear uniforms with established military insignia and are involved in measures for alerting and securing the facilities of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine," – the message continues.

The TCC insists that administrative detentions of citizens violating military registration rules are carried out by representatives of the National Police. Military personnel from the TCC do not carry out these measures.

"Additionally, to maintain order during special events, representatives of volunteer formations from territorial communities, municipal authorities, and other official representatives may be engaged by government authorities," - the TCC of Kyiv added.
