The Main Inspection of the Ministry of Defense will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On Thursday, January 2, reported Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov.

The head of the Ministry of Defense explained that developments within the Ground Forces directly affect the situation at the front.

"That is why I support the necessity for the new commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General Mykhailo Drapaty, to have a complete picture of the situation," - emphasized Umerov.

The inspection will include an analysis of the organizational structure and authority, an assessment of the effectiveness of management processes, and a review of compliance with legislation.

Based on the results of the inspection, reforms will be implemented in the management system and personnel policy, the management process will be optimized, and the combat capability of units will be strengthened through new approaches to training fighters.
