He made this remark on Truth Social, as reported by TSN.

Trump mentioned that both leaders had a "substantive meeting at the White House."

"It's surprising what emotions can lead to, and I determined that Zelensky is not ready for peace if America is involved, because he feels that our participation gives him a significant advantage in our negotiations. I don't want an advantage; I want peace. He showed disrespect to the United States of America in their statement."

According to media reports, Volodymyr Zelensky is leaving the White House early. A joint press conference with Trump has also been canceled.
