On the night of Friday, February 28, the enemy once again launched their "shahids" towards Mykolaiv.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv region has revealed the aftermath of the nighttime attack.
It was reported that debris from one of the drones caused a fire at a manufacturing facility in the city. A storage room and a cargo van were engulfed in flames.
Units from the 3rd and 2nd state fire and rescue services, as well as the duty shift of the operational coordination center, were on site. A tactical robot, the Magirus Wolf R1, was deployed for firefighting. The fire was extinguished over an area of 20 square meters. The storage area was successfully protected from total destruction, and the fire did not spread to another cargo van.
No information regarding casualties has been reported. A total of 24 firefighters and 7 special vehicles were involved.
