Vladimir Putin wants to negotiate Europe's fate - without Europe, and discuss Ukraine - without Ukraine.

This was stated by the head of the President's Office of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, in his Telegram channel.

"Putin is trying to promote the idea of negotiations with the USA. But he has a condition: he wants to negotiate Europe's fate - without Europe. And he aims to talk about Ukraine - without Ukraine. This will not happen. Putin needs to return to reality himself, or he will be returned," he emphasized.
