As a result of the nighttime attack by "shaheeds," part of Mykolaiv has been left without heating.
This was reported by Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych.
“Russian scoundrels attacked a critical infrastructure facility at night. Since then, we have been working tirelessly to assess the extent of the repair work needed to restore heating to the homes of residents. I will keep you updated as soon as there are any changes,” wrote Senkevych.
The attack caused damage to the critical infrastructure facility, resulting in a fire that was promptly extinguished by firefighters. Additionally, five apartment buildings were damaged due to falling debris and the shockwave from the explosion. At least four shops, a dining establishment, and office spaces also sustained damage.
As a result of the attack, a 64-year-old man was injured and has been hospitalized. His condition is currently stable.
In the center of Mykolaiv, a "shaheed" exploded on the roadway - damaging offices and shops.
