A resident of Mykolaiv opened a business and repaired roads using fake documents
A resident of the Mykolaiv region submitted documents for the registration of a legal entity with false information.
This was reported by the Bureau of Economic Security.
The Mykolaiv resident registered two companies: the first specialized in road construction, while the second focused on growing grains, legumes, and oilseeds. However, the director of the registered companies did not actually perform any functions. All documents were prepared and signed by other individuals.
"Furthermore, one of the companies provided road repair services for budget organizations in the Mykolaiv region for a year. However, while receiving payment for the work performed, the company did not report any profits in its tax filings, thereby evading tax payments," the message stated.
Based on the collected evidence, the director of the companies has been informed of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 205-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (forging documents submitted for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs).
At the request of detectives from the Territorial Directorate of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine in the Odessa region and prosecutors of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office, the court decided to transfer the corporate rights of the enterprise to the management of ARMA as part of the criminal proceedings. The value of the share in the authorized capital is 6 million UAH.
