Bad weather in Mykolaiv: road workers have switched to an enhanced work mode

On the morning of Monday, February 3, residents of Mykolaiv are warned about deteriorating weather conditions. Road services have moved to an enhanced work mode.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv City Council.

During the night, specialists and special equipment from the KP "ELU of Roads" were on duty. Four combined road machines and one loader are ready for operation. In the morning, workers treated slopes and inclines with anti-icing agents.

Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych reported on how city services are prepared to operate during severe weather.
The duty dispatcher of the enterprise is closely monitoring the situation. Additional equipment will be brought in if necessary.

"There is an agreed list of roads with the police where traffic jams are most likely to occur due to bad weather. Public utilities will pay increased attention to these areas. In particular, when temperatures drop, slopes, inclines, and intersections on the city's main highways will be treated," noted Oleksandr Senkevych.
