On Soborna Street in Mykolaiv, the controversial flowerbed reconstruction, which cost one million hryvnias, has finally been completed and opened to the public.

Residents are sharing photos on social media.
The structure features a double bench with installations on either side for planting greenery.
However, people are reporting poor workmanship: the metal components of the bench do not fit together properly, the wood has splintered around the screwed-in fasteners, and debris from the construction has been dumped into the plant containers and covered with soil, among other issues.
The renovation of the flowerbed on Sobornaya Street will cost almost 1 million hryvnias.
