The head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim, stated that team members must be honest and effective in their work.

As he revealed in an interview with “Ukrinform,” there are individuals in his team who, metaphorically speaking, have their "own quirks," but this does not hinder him as long as they meet the first two criteria.

-There are two rules that have been in place even before the full-scale invasion: do not lie and give your best effort. For example, there are people, metaphorically speaking, with their "own quirks," but they are effective and do not deceive. Therefore, they are part of my team.

In general, during the war, we have experienced a reduction in formalities and bureaucratic obstacles because there is no time for that. Previously, we would write letters to various authorities and wait several days or weeks for a response, but now it’s like this: you receive an assignment today, and by tomorrow, you report on its completion, - said the head of the region.

At the same time, he noted that those who violate the rules are let go.

- Two deputies resigned after violating one of the two established rules, and some heads of structural units have also changed. There were questions regarding corruption issues with some individuals – we bid farewell to them as well. I dismiss people calmly, with a smile, - said Kim.
