The creation of an electronic tree map in Mykolaiv, similar to the one in Odesa, will require a substantial amount of funding. Initially, an inventory of the green spaces is needed, which, by preliminary estimates, will cost around 15 million hryvnias.
This was stated during a briefing by the director of KP "Mykolaiv Parks," Dmytro Chuchmai.
- The company has two specialists for the inventory of the street and road network in its staff. They have certain plans. However, we will not be able to cover everything. The costs are significant—approximately 15 million hryvnias, so please reach out to the deputies, - said Chuchmai.
In response to journalists' comments that the company should initiate such a project, the head of KP clarified that he meant he was waiting for support from media representatives.
It was also reported that all the pines, which were pompously planted in Victory Park in Mykolaiv, have completely dried up.
