In Mykolaiv, a building that stands as one of the city's most important symbols—the first tram substation—is being sold.

This information was reported on the website of the National Electronic Exchange.

The starting sale price, including VAT, is 3 million 500 thousand hryvnias.

“The non-residential building is a cultural heritage monument, located in the very center of Mykolaiv at 8a Soborna Street. Photos of this building can be found in many travel guides as one of the city's symbols,” the description of the building states.

It is noted that the rental rights are registered in the State Register of Property Rights. Upon the transfer of ownership of the building, the new owner acquires rights and obligations under the existing lease agreement. The object is a cultural heritage monument. The sale is conducted in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Cultural Heritage."
