Four people were injured, including one child. All have been hospitalized in moderate condition."
Details: According to Kiper, due to the Russian attack, there are localized emergency power outages in parts of the Odesa district. Critical infrastructure is currently operating on generators.
In the Kyiv district of Odesa, some consumers have had their heating supply suspended. The city has opened points of invincibility.
