American liquefied gas has arrived in Ukraine via Greece
The energy holding DTEK received its first batch of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the USA on December 27, after a vessel docked in Greece.
This information was reported on the DTEK website.
"The shipment, consisting of approximately 100 million cubic meters of gas or 1 TWh of energy, arrived at the Revithoussa LNG terminal on Friday morning aboard the Gaslog Savannah. D.Trading, DTEK's European trading subsidiary, purchased the entire cargo. In collaboration with Greek and other partners, the LNG will be regasified and distributed through the gas networks of the European Union and Ukraine," the statement reads.
