The historical center of Mykolaiv was attacked by enemy “Shaheds” at night: 7 “reached,” 9 were shot down.

This was stated by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim, during a telethon.

- We have two injured. One is lightly wounded, and a 74-year-old grandmother is currently in moderate to serious condition. Medical personnel are working, - he said.

He specified that the historical part of the city was affected — both multi-story and single-story buildings, as well as new trolleybuses were damaged.

- This is simply a terrorist attack on the city; there were no military facilities there, - Kim believes.

Currently, all fires have been localized, and work continues at the sites of the “strikes.”

As a result, there was destruction and fires in 6 different locations across two districts of the city. The municipal enterprise “Mykolaiv Electric Transport” was affected during the shelling of the city on the night of January 21.
