In the Library named after the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred for Children, a new exhibition by the young and talented artist Daria Pyshna titled “Prism of Obolon” has been opened.
Daria has created a series of photographs mainly about her native Obolon, where she grew up and studied at Lyceum No. 143.
At this exhibition, every visitor has the opportunity to participate in a charitable collection to support the project of the public organization “Feel” – “Can you hear? Plus Plus.” It aims to assist soldiers whose hearing has been affected during combat operations. The collection is organized to purchase special sound filters—earplugs that reduce the intensity of harmful sounds such as gunfire and explosions. These filters are designed to preserve the ability to hear voices and commands while also protecting against excessive noise, reports Obolon District State Administration.
“I sincerely thank our Culture Obolon for organizing such a fantastic event, as well as Daria Pyshna and Olena Poryadina, the manager of the NGO ‘Feel,’ who presented this important project. Be sure to visit the exhibition about our wonderful district, enjoy the amazing artworks, and join this noble cause that will help our military maintain their health,” wrote the head of the Obolon District State Administration Kyril Fesyk. on Facebook.
The exhibition will last until December 17, 2024. Address: 51-b Volodymyra Ivasiuka Avenue.
