Together with a straw weaving master, visitors will create traditional festive decorations
The Kyiv Museum invites residents and guests of the city to festive workshops taking place on Friday, December 27, and Sunday, December 29.
According to the official page of the museum, visitors will have the opportunity to learn how to make traditional Ukrainian Christmas decorations – angels from corn husks, didukh, and straw stars.
The sessions will be led by straw weaving master Iryna Bilai.
Workshop Schedule:
December 27:
16:00 – “Didukh” (registration link). Cost: 400 UAH + entrance ticket to the exhibition “Christmas City” 100/200 UAH (discount/full ticket).
December 29:
12:30 – “Straw Star” (registration link). Cost: 250 UAH + entrance ticket to the exhibition “Christmas City” 100/200 UAH (discount/full ticket).
14:00 – “Angel from Corn Husk” (registration link). Cost: 200 UAH + entrance ticket to the exhibition “Christmas City” 100/200 UAH (discount/full ticket).
