A new miniature sculpture from the "Look for!" project titled "Return Home" has appeared at the Central Railway Station in the capital.

As explained in the project, this art object aims to remind everyone of the significance of returning all Ukrainians home.

Once, the main ceremonial entrance to the city was the Golden Gates. Through them, participants of military campaigns and ambassadors from the friendly countries of Rus entered Kyiv. Now, this role has been taken over by the Iron Gates of the railway station. The Iron Gates are the new Golden Gates, serving as a grand entrance for Kyiv residents returning home,” says project author Yulia Bevzenko.

The characters of the miniature sculpture have their prototypes: a soldier and his wife, who arrived in Kramatorsk by train to find out the gender of their future child with her husband; a boy with a lost toy on the train, which was later returned by railway workers; a family from Mariupol. However, as noted in the "Look for!" project, this is a dedication not just to these individuals, but to millions of similar stories.

You can see the miniature sculpture "Return Home" near the external entrance to the station's lounge area.

Let us remind you, in May of this year, a miniature sculpture of Princess Olga with a sword was unveiled at Mykhailivska Square.
